ALLERGY ALERT TESTS (PATCH TEST)

Applicable to all hair colour services, eyelash/eyebrow tinting services, LVL lashes and electrolysis.

New clients booking the above services will need to come into the salon for an allergy alert test (patch test) at least 48 hours before their first appointment. This also applies to existing guests who haven’t been to us for the above services in over 6 months.

 

CANCELLATION

We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment and transfer any pre-paid deposit.

If you do not provide us with 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment, the following cancellation charges apply:

  • Less than 48 hours notice – 50% of service cost
  • Less than 24 hours notice – 100% of service cost

CHILDREN’S HAIR SERVICES

We offer a reduced price for Children’s hair services on Monday-Friday with our Graduate Hair Stylists only.

Full adult prices apply to Children’s services on Saturday and Sunday.

 

BEAUTY WAITING AREA AND TREATMENT ROOMS

Due to Health and Safety regulation (issued to us by Enfield Council), children under the age of 12 years are not permitted to wait in our beauty treatment rooms or waiting area whilst their parent has an appointment.

To ensure all clients experience a relaxing visit to our beauty salon, the use of mobile phones is prohibited in our Beauty treatment rooms and waiting area.

 

GIFT CARDS

Please ensure that you bring your gift card to the salon to present upon payment. Non presentation of your gift card may necessitate a charge being made until the gift card is presented. If full or part payment for your visit is by a gift card this will become void if you fail to arrive for your appointment or give the required notice to cancel. Our full cancellation policy and cancellation charges are shown under ‘Cancellation’.

Winchmores Hair & Beauty gift cards can be redeemed on hair services, beauty treatments or any retail products.

Gift cards must be redeemed within 12 months from the issue date. We will not accept responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged gift cards. Please treat gift cards as cash. Gift cards cannot be used for services provided by external therapists.

 

MECHANICAL / ELECTRICAL BREAKDOWNS

Any mechanical or electrical breakdowns which occur on the premises are usually beyond our control, although we will try to repair any such fault as soon as possible. No refunds will be given unless any such breakdown is due to the negligence of the Company or its employees or agents.

 

VALUABLES

No responsibility can be accepted by the Company for the safety of money or valuables of any kind brought to Winchmores Hair & Beauty. If you do bring valuable items, it is essential they are covered by your own insurance. The Company will not be liable, under any circumstances whatsoever, for damage, injury or consequential loss, however caused, to our customers, their property and belongings unless it is solely due to negligence of the Company, its employees or agents.

 

CLARINS FOR ME

“C” Points are non-transferrable.

To qualify for “C” points, the purchase of products must be made at Winchmores Hair & Beauty. Clarins products purchased elsewhere will not qualify for the Clarins For Me scheme.

One “C” point is awarded for every £10.00 spent on Clarins products on a single transaction and not part thereof.

Twice a month redeemed cards will be sent to Clarins by Winchmores. Clarins will then deliver the complimentary gifts directly to you subject to availability of stock.

From redemption of your card, please allow 6 to 8 weeks for delivery of your products, however, no guarantees for delivery dates can be made.

“C” points may not be used in part payment for Clarins products.

“C” points have no value except when redeemed in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

No product over the value of £110.00 may be claimed as part of the loyalty scheme.

Where the card holder’s chosen gift is out of stock, Clarins will supply, at its discretion, a substitute product of a similar type or value.

The complimentary gift cannot be exchanged or refunded. This does affect your statutory rights.
