My therapist did my nails really well. They look beautiful. she also made a huge effort to chat to me which can't have been easy as I'm about 50 years older than her.   She was brilliant.

A wonderful treatment by a wonderful and very knowledgeable beautician the hour flew by and the results of The CACI treatment are amazing. Very pleased with the way my friends have complimented me by saying I look so well.  They can't quite work out why.

An exceptional job. It was a wonderfully relaxing and thorough massage and facial (tri-active). I would highly recommend the treatment and my therapist who was detailed in her questioning about my skin care routine and needs/goals. She was informative in explaining the process and benefits. The ambience was perfect, warm (love the heated bed) and the soft  lighting and music, very conducive to relaxation.  The products are gorgeous and smell divine. Highly recommend. Wonderful to have this quality salon on our doorstep in Winchmore Hill.

Never fails to amazing me the job they do! I go back every month and think it can't be as good as the last time and it is and so much more !!!! They are incredible at their job and the amount of effort put in to the massage is credible. Highly recommend it is my favourite part of the month coming and and getting a neck shoulder message, it is so hard to find a good massager that worth coming back to and gets right in them knots but she is AMAZING and it's worth every penny !!!! And all the staff are incredible it's such a friendly environment! Get down there!

First time at the salon and found staff to be friendly and welcoming.  Stylist was helpful and asked what look/style I wanted, made suggestions to achieve that and offered other advice re how to keep the style and products that might be useful for my hair type.  Have made another appointment so that's good!
