Stylist Levels & Pricing
Every Stylist at Winchmores is trained to a very high standard and our team regularly attend ongoing training to deepen their knowledge and improve their skills.
All of our pricing is based on each Stylist’s experience and expertise along with the time and amount of product required to achieve your desired result.
Each head of hair is individual, for this reason all of our prices are noted as ‘from’. These prices are advised prior to your consultation and are an estimate of the work to be carried out based on the information we receive.
Colour Appointments
New clients booking colour services are required to come into the salon for a complimentary colour consultation and allergy alert test (patch test) at least 48 hours before their first appointment. This also applies to existing clients who haven’t been to us in over 6 months or those looking to have a change of colour.
Post Colour Service
We highly recommend that all colour services & treatments are booked with a Cut or Blowdry service to finish. If you do not book a Cut or Blowdry service, we offer a complimentary quick dry service with a trainee/assistant if available on the day.
It is imperative that we are able to see and record the final colour result before you leave the salon, we are unable to do this if you leave with wet hair.
Cancellations
You will need to provide a deposit payment to secure your booking either online, by phone or in-salon. We ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancelling/rescheduling an appointment or you may be charged in full.

MAJOR COLOUR CHANGES
Major colour changes, bleaching and colour corrections are highly technical services and may require multiple applications. Your stylist will advise you of the serviced required and the cost during your complimentary consultation.
Each head of hair is individual and the process of colouring is never an exact science. For this reason prices advised prior to your consultation are an estimate of the work to be carried out based on the information we receive. Once we have had the opportunity to carry out a thorough consultation we will be in a position to offer a more accurate estimate of cost.

The Olaplex salon steps can be used as a standalone treatment to restore compromised hair, or it can be added to another colour service to provide the ultimate breakage insurance.
